Recreation Registration Information

Our online registration is fast and easy. You can view our Activity Guide here. Once you create an account on the online registration portal, you can register for activities, buy a pool pass, print a receipt or view your registration history information.

Registration Options

We are happy to accept your registration using any of the methods listed below. We require payment upon registration, which can be made by check or credit card. We offer five easy ways to register. Questions? Please call us at 608-798-3241.

• Online: Browse, register and manage your account online.
• In-Person: Drop off your registration form (PDF) and payment to the Parks and Recreation Office, located at Village Hall
  • 2417 Brewery Rd. - Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM
• Mail: Mail your completed registration form (PDF) and payment to:

• Drop Box: Put your completed registration form (PDF) and payment, in an envelope marked Village of Cross Plains Recreation Department and drop it off in the drop box located near the front door of Village Hall.
• Fax: Fax your completed registration form (PDF) with payment info to 608-798-3817. We will email you a receipt.
