NOTICE OF SPRING ELECTION

 

Village of Cross Plains

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at an election to be held in the Village of Cross Plains, on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, the following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed.  The term for village president and village trustee begins on April 20, 2021. All terms are for two years unless otherwise indicated.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2020 and the final day for filing nomination papers is 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, in the office of the village clerk located at 2417 Brewery Road, Cross Plains, WI 53528.

 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.

 

Acceptable Photo ID will be required to vote at this election.  If you do not have a photo ID you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles.

Plan Commission – Public Hearing Notices

 

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Rosemary Garfoot Public Library – Community Room, located at 2107 Julius Street, Cross Plains, WI 53528 at 7:00 pm or earliest extent possible, on December 7, 2020 before the Plan Commission regarding the following items:

 

  1. A petition to Rezone the Property at 1601 Main Street from Expired Planned Unit Development to a Planned Development District – General Development Plan;

  2. A request from Kari Micks, for a Conditional Use Permit for Small Solar Energy System use located at 2006 Sylvia Pine Way, Cross Plains, WI;

  3. A request from Ben Swanson, for a Conditional Use Permit for Small Solar Energy System use located at 2007 Pine Way, Cross Plains, WI;

  4. A request from Latitude Graphics – Eric Padrutt, for a Conditional Use Permit for Small Solar Energy System use located at 1850 Ludden Drive, Cross Plains, WI.
