 Plan Commission – Public Hearing Notices

Pursuant to Section 84.160 and 84.158(c) of the Village of Cross Plains Code of Ordinances, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at Village Hall, located at 2417 Brewery Road, Cross Plains, WI 53528 at 6:00 pm or earliest extent possible, on November 1, 2021 before the Plan Commission regarding the following items:

  1. A petition for a Zoning Map Amendment for the Properties located Lots 70-77 in the Creek Crossing at St. Francis Subdivision, Cross Plains, WI from Duplex Residential - 6 to a Planned Development District – General Development Plan with the Underlying Standard District of Duplex Residential - 6

All persons interested are invited to attend these public hearings and be heard. Please note that due to current restrictions regarding COVID-19, the facility will have limited seating.   1. A petition for a Conditional Use Permit for the Property located at 2020 Main Street to Allow for Outdoor Commercial Entertainment in the Main Street Mixed Use District.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT MEETING

Project ID 5572-00-02                                   

STH 78 — USH 14

BLACK EARTH CREEK, B-13-0883

CTH KP, DANE County

Proposed improvements: Dane County, along with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and their consultant, Strand Associates, Inc, are proposing a bridge replacement project along CTH KP over Black Earth Creek, located 550 feet south of USH 14 in the Village of Cross Plains. The bridge is proposed to be replaced as well as approximately 150 feet of the roadway approaching the bridge from each direction.

Please attend:  A Public Information Meeting (PIM) is scheduled for Thursday, November 4, 2021. The meeting will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Cross Plains - Berry Fire District Building located at 1501 Bourbon Road, Cross Plains, Wisconsin. The PIM is an open house format and you may attend anytime during the meeting at your convenience.

Information available: Project personnel will be available to answer questions about the project. Exhibits will be on display for your review and comment. Following the meeting, project information will be available on Dane County Highway and Transportation Department’s website at https://highway.countyofdane.com/highway-projects.

Your involvement: We would like your thoughts about this project. If there are issues you would like to discuss, please attend the meeting at a time that is convenient for you. If you are not able to attend on November 4, please contact one of the project contacts listed below to share your comments.
